Farida Ihab received an Art Therapy and Creativity Development master’s degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. She also graduated with a B.A in Psychology and Philosophy from York University in Toronto, Canada. Additionally, she obtained Yoga Teacher Training certificates at YogaWorks and Daya Yoga Studio, both in the US. In Cairo, She practiced as a Psychologist in a Mental Health and Rehabilitation Center Hospital and a psychiatric clinic. In Brooklyn, worked as an Art Therapist in a non-profit organization and a creative therapies clinic. Throughout the different settings, She worked with a variety of mental, mood and personality disorders as well as different developmental stages and cultural backgrounds.
